1. General Terms (Applies to )

1.1 Booking & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the final delivery of photos/videos.

• Sessions are only confirmed once the deposit is received. Without payment, your requested date/time may be booked by another client.

• Payments can be made via [Accepted Payment Methods].

1.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit. If you need to reschedule, at least 72 hours' notice is required, and your deposit will transfer to a new date (subject to availability).

• For events (Quinceañeras, real estate shoots, video projects, etc.), cancellations within 7 days of the event will require full payment.

1.3 Copyright & Usage Rights

• Eduardo retains full copyright of all photos and videos. Clients receive a license to use the content for personal or business use as defined in their package.

• Real estate photos/videos are licensed for MLS and listing promotion only unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Commercial use (for advertising, resale, or large-scale marketing) requires a separate licensing agreement.

1.4 Turnaround Time & Revisions

• Standard turnaround time is:

  • Photography: [2 days]

  • Videos: [1 week] (depending on the project)

• One round of basic revisions is included in video services. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

1.5 Liability & Force Majeure

• Eduardo is not liable for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue restrictions, or technical failures).

• If Eduardo cannot fulfill a booking due to illness or emergency, a reschedule will be offered, or a refund will be issued.
